For class participation, it is the responsibility of the participant to ensure: • there is sufficient space to perform the exercises safely and move freely without obstacles or obstructions, free from furniture, equipment and other hazards – a minimum of four square metres per person • any equipment is safe and in a suitable condition for the activity being performed • the surrounding floor space is entirely clear to remove any hazards that may increase the risk of slips, trips or falls • there are no distractions throughout the duration of the session • there is sufficient heating, lighting, ventilation and hydration.
Please listen to your own body and if any moves cause you discomfort or pain, then stop immediately. 


Please ensure you are fit and well enough to complete the class and consult with your doctor beforehand if necessary. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, illness, or any other condition (such as pregnancy) you must get GP approval prior to participation in the activity and work within any limitations.

By booking a class you are confirming you are over 18 years of age and that no minors/children are participating.
