This year I had become very lazy and lacking in motivation. I started Rhoda's classes in October and am feeling the positive benefits in my mood, and in my joints and posture. Rhoda is so knowledgeable by describing the muscle groups we are targeting with each move. I have never been successful with dieting, found them too restrictive and calorie counting a real chore.
I would lose weight and put it back on again, plus some!
With the support of Rhoda she has helped me see that by making small changes to my lifestyle (eating habits etc ) is the key to sustainable weight loss and remembering its a marathon not a sprint.
I have become very mindful of what I eat, smaller portions and treat swaps have been a game changer for me, before I was eating as if there were no consequences.
With my new new mindset I know that if I do have a bad day I can just get right back to it the next day.
The programme has helped me lose 2 stone so far, it has also given me the confidence to stop smoking with no weight gain, I feel I'm on my way to a new healthier me in every aspect of my life. I can't recommend enough.

I’ve been yo-yo dieting for most of my adult life and it’s either not worked or if it did, it didn’t last for long! I can see this plan with Rhoda being with me for the rest of my life, no worries.
It is not one thing but lots of small things that definitely achieve the end result! I’ve lost 1 stone and have no problem with the other 3 that I will be loosing as I am going to do this!
Rhoda is so helpful, listens to you and doesn’t preach to you but really helps understand what makes you tick. The stuff you speak to her about yourself helps you so much and starts to help you understand where you have been going wrong all these years.
I am so glad I found her on LinkedIn and will be keeping in touch as I go on through the year to achieve my goal and keep it!

I started Pilates with Rhoda just under a month ago having never done it before. I am really enjoying the classes (especially via Zoom), Rhoda explains things so well, with ease and confidence. This year I had become very lazy and lacking in motivation. I started Rhoda's classes in October and am feeling the positive benefits in my mood, and in my joints and posture. Rhoda is so knowledgeable by describing the muscle groups we are targeting with each move. She describes what we should be feeling during each move, or more importantly, what we should not be feeling - pain! I actually enjoy her exercises rather than dread them like I used to in other exercise classes. When time allows, I enjoy the live zoom classes with the other class members, I don't feel self conscious as far too busy focusing on Pilates moves! Rhoda also offers recordings of classes for times when work/home life gets in the way, this definitely fits my lifestyle.

I’ve had a sore shoulder for years. Was given a cortisone injection - didn’t help at all. Tried acupuncture - helped slightly for a short while. It flared up really badly a few weeks ago, it was agony. Lucky I was told about Rhoda and Pilates. Best thing I’ve ever done. Shoulder is pain free most of the time, I can use my arm without moaning in agony, I’m much more relaxed and feel stronger. Rhoda is an excellent instructor, very patient and explains moves easily. The shoulder exercises have improved aches and pains In the whole of my upper body. I really look forward to my sessions and soon will be incorporating my whole body. Rhoda makes Pilates easy to learn. She is knowledgeable and explains the moves fully, so you feel that you are maximising your effort. She helps put you at ease no matter what your ability or fitness level. Technology works well and it's easy to book and set up in the privacy of your home.
