Service Description

A low impact, high strength class - an early morning class to tone your body, build your strength, enhance your mobility, flexibility and balance. Incorporating Pilates, Barre, bodyweight and resistance training. Finished off with some lovely stretches and relaxation. What a way to start your day! Suitable for all levels. This class will really work your muscles, but you can take it at your own pace. 🔥 Mon, Wed: 7-7:45am Fri: 6:30-7am Equipment: Mat (resistance bands and light weights optional)
