Service Description
A low impact, high strength class - an early morning class to tone your body, build your strength, enhance your mobility, flexibility and balance. Incorporating Pilates, Barre, bodyweight and resistance training. Finished off with some lovely stretches and relaxation. What a way to start your day! Suitable for all levels. This class will really work your muscles, but you can take it at your own pace. 🔥 Mon & Wed: (7-7:45am) Fri: (6:30-7am) Equipment: Mat (resistance bands and light weights optional)

Unfortunately we are unable to refund class bookings due to restricted numbers in each class. However, if you are unable to attend a class, you may attend a different class that same week instead (subject to availability), online or in person. If using a 6 Class Pass, please ensure you book ALL classes you wish to attend as classes are likely to become full and you may not be able to attend due to numbers.
